Buying with The Looter Shop
In order to buy in-game currency from www.thelootershop.com then customers will need to first create an account. This process is quick and will help us to keep your personal information secure as well as remember your preferences when you come to buy and sell items on www.thelootershop.com.
Customers need to be of at least 18 years of age before they are able to buy or sell any items on www.thelootershop.com. When opening an account some customers will be asked to provide proof of ID to show that they are old enough to use this website.

Selling to The Looter Shop
Customers will need to have registered for an account to be able to sell items to www.thelootershop.com. Once the account is in place customers will need to complete the form on the ‘Sell To Us’ page where they will be asked to include as much information as possible about the items that they are looking to sell.
Once the form has been submitted then a member of the team will respond to the request. We always aim to respond to requests within 24 hours, but at busier times this may take longer.
A quote will then be emailed back to the customer to the email address associated with their account. The agreed payment for the items will be sent to the customers account as soon as www.thelootershop.com has received the goods.
Payments for items sold will be sent to the account information provided by the customer. Please note that payments can take up to seven working days to be transferred, and this may be longer for international payments.
